A social cooperative is a legal form that focuses on training, counseling and coaching. Locally located, for people who face challenges entering the labor market. Goal: participation (parttime business) or outflow into full entrepreneurship.
Cooperatives that work with the Pangea program focus on newcomers entrepeneurs. Selected candidates will be member till they generate enough turnover to establish their business.
